Men in Black 3 (stylized as MIB3 and alternately spelled Men in Black III) is a 2012 American 3D science fiction comedy film, released on May 25, 2012 and starring Will Smith, Tommy Lee Jones, Josh Brolin, Jemaine Clement and Emma Thompson. Principal photography began in New York City on November 16, 2010, taking ten years after its predecessor Men in Black II and fifteen years after the release of the original Men in Black.[5] With Barry Sonnenfeld returning as director, and Steven Spielberg returning as executive producer. It is the third installment in the Men in Black film series based on Lowell Cunningham's The Men in Black comic book series.

Agents J and K are back... in time. J has seen some inexplicable things in his 15 years with the Men in Black, but nothing, not even aliens, perplexes him as much as his wry, reticent partner.
